Architectural consultants are responsible for ensuring the clarity of general arrangements (GA), finishes, material specifications, elevations, and architectural details. Their work in the bidding phase includes:

  • Verifying drawing completeness and scope alignment
  • Responding to bidder queries about materials, finishes, and joinery
  • Supporting tender evaluation by reviewing technical submissions related to architecture
  • Coordinating handover of IFC architectural documents

The architectural team ensures that all rooms, finishes, ceiling details, and interfaces with MEP systems are accurately documented and ready for construction pricing.
